Please ask for help after you have tried to solve the problem yourself. Most problems can be resolved with a complete "power down" and "reboot" of the computer and any attached hardware prior to requesting service. Temporary problems that involve ink cartridges, jammed paper, or similar problems are expected to be solved by the user. Please give a complete description of the problem so I do not have to disrupt your class when fixing the problem. All requests should be solved within 24 hours unless parts are not available or third party software is involved.
