• Algebra 1

Develops fundamental concepts and skills of algebra including algebraic thinking and symbolic reasoning, using functions to represent and model problem situations, and setting up and solving equations and inequalities using a variety of representations and methods.  The use of various mathematical processes and tools including the graphing calculators will be emphasized.

    Geometry

Develops fundamental concepts and skills of mathematics.  Geometric reasoning is used to recognize patterns and structure, model information, and solve problems.  Mathematical methosds are used to model and solve real-life applied problems involving data, chance and patterns.  A varitey of mathemtical representations, tools, and technology is used to link pure mathematics to its real-world applications.
