District Overview
London ISD is a public school district located in Nueces County bounded by expanses of farm and ranch land to the west, north and south. The township of London itself exists for only one purpose, the education of our children. LISD serves as the centerpiece of a community made up of agricultural and residential components. Education is our primary purpose and the driving force behind all that we do. London is a community of people that has chosen to come together for the purpose of education. LISD contains 98 square miles and serves over 1400 students in grades Pre-K thru 12th.

Mission: In partnership with families, students, and staff, our London ISD Pirate community provides a challenging and caring learning environment. We foster the development of the whole child by building character and self-confidence. Our curriculum provides compelling learning experiences to inspire our students to contribute, lead, and impact their world.

Trips and programs change from year to year depending on support for the program.
After School: Tutorials, Sports, Academic UIL Practice, and Latchkey Program.
