Elementary Principal's Message

I am pleased to welcome you to the 2024-2025 school year! I would like to extend a special welcome to all of the new families joining London ISD this year and welcome back all of our returning families as well! I am honored to be your child's principal. Our goal at London Elementary is to work together to provide our students with a rich learning environment. My vision, as the principal, is to ALWAYS put children first! My belief is that all students can learn. As educators, we need to discover how each child learns in order to differentiate our instruction to support diverse learning styles. In a collaborative effort, we want children to thrive in all ways possible. My hope is that all children will LOVE school and nurture a learning environment that is positive, safe, warm, caring, as well as a fun place to learn and grow.

Student success is attributed to the partnership and the relationships we build within our community and this continues to be MOST important now, more than ever. It truly does take a village and at London Elementary we value teamwork and collaboration! Education is a joint venture and London Elementary greatly appreciates the support you provide for your children at home and at school to help them meet their learning goals.  

We hope you will find that London Elementary School is truly a place where learning is joyful and children delight in coming to school. To all of my fellow Pirates, let’s make it a great year!  

A little about me:

I was born and raised in Corpus Christi. I am a Carroll High School graduate and attended Del Mar College. I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies in 2009 and Masters of Science in Educational Administration in 2015 from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. For the last five years I was the principal of London Intermediate School overseeing grades 3-5.  I am so excited to continue to be serving the wonderful students of London ISD as the Elementary Principal overseeing PreK-4th grade. I look forward to passing on my love of learning and my enthusiasm for education!
