Mission

The Communications Department will effectively increase awareness of London Independent School District including programs, services, and activities to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Straightforward communication will reflect excellence and high ethical standards.
• Communication is planned and proactive.
• A variety of communication tools will be used to achieve measureable results with school communication channels used as the primary source of information.

Media relations and news releases

Social media channels 

Website design and updates

Crisis communications/public relations counseling

Communications/public relations staff training

Community relations

Community engagement 

District Special events including ribbon cuttings
