Operations and Maintenance

Mission

The maintenance department supports the mission of LISD by providing a good experience for faculty and staff, to teach, and work; students to learn, play, and perform extra curricular activities, through maintaining a safe, comfortable space inside buildings and on grounds.

Goals

1. Reduce unscheduled corrective maintenance by increasing preventive maintenance.
2. Improve sanitation response time for students being sent home due to possible covid symptoms.
3. To minimize costs while simultaneously supporting a stress free, effective facilities maintenance system.
