Athletic Paperwork for 25-26 school year
Dear Parents/Guardians,
Rank One is now open for all students to begin filling out and submitting forms for the 25-26 school year.
For the 25-26 school year EVERY athlete or UIL participant must have a new physical completed and turned in as a hard copy. The new physical will be the only piece of paperwork required to be submitted as a hard copy. Physical form can be found here.
All other paperwork will be filled out and submitted online in Rank One at the link below.
